so i got a couple of questions

: how to transfer games into your ps3?
: the best place to download the games?
: wich programs will be needed?

You can transfer games to PS3 with either an external HDD or filezilla whichever you prefer. However we cannot link you any sites for games as that is considered 'Warez' which is not allowed on NGU.

depends, but yes PS3s can run ISO formats

The PS3 can run .iso format, but it's just easier to extract the iso on your computer (iso is basically an archive, like .rar/.zip) and then transfer.
