Try to reinstall your cfw through recovery menu.. and maybe try a higher firmware like rebug 4.75.3 drex .. to access the recovery menu hold the power button down on the ps3 until it turns on then off. Then hold the power button again you will hear one beep.. Then two beeps after those 2 beeps release the power button and you will be in recovery mode... You will need to download the rebug firmware onto a usb it will be called.. PS3UPDAT.PUP.. now once downloaded go to ur usb and make a new folder called PS3. IN capitals then inside that folder create another folder called UPDATE Then place the PS3UPDAT.PUP in that last folder. Eject the usb and put it into your ps3. Connect your controller with the charge cable then in the recovery menu their is 6 options. Look for system update.. it will then look in ur usb for an update and install it. Reinstall rebug toolbox and it should be fixed..

I'm on 4.75.3 and yes ccapi is supported on that firmware so if you go to drex 4.75.3 you will have no problems with ccapi.. u might need to install the ccapi 2.60 rev7 if you are having problems ..or I'f your ccapi isn't already that version
