I would try out a different firmware. I've never had problems on 4.70 and 4.78 rebug. I suggest try one of those OR try re-installing firmware and rebuild database. Hope this helps!

Well the problem is I'm not quite sure what the issue is like I'll turn the PlayStation on and my buddy is actually the one that jailbroke this for me and I'll turn it on I go to my profile then I'll go to do my steps like the ITA manager I do have a Rebug toolbox that is it doesn't really say but I'm on a CFW 4.9.9 I also have Irish man be 3.471 I also have control fan utility 2.03 PSN patch 2015.11 /a multime PSN ninja v4 and ps3ita manager V 1.51

CFW 4.9.9? Are you sure that's your firmware?

Yes that's my CFW set up its V 4.9.9

4.9.9 is not a CFW... Go to System Settings and go to the second to last one in that section. It should tell you what firmware you are on. 4.9.9 is not a firmware.
