You can try to install a new cfw, if you can even get to that point, to try and rule out a firmware issue, but chances are it is actually overheating..

I recommend changing the thermal paste (use only arctic silver 5, for ps3) as soon as possible, and hope for the best.

If it does not fix the issue, it will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced..

I think it's the webman thing it's a slim with new paste and good condition

I had the same problem. I think is caused by the webamn. I turned off the cobra and webman, and installed the iris manager and its working fine.
