(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); IM not used to having a dex, its slow sometimes now,can i go to recovery and fix the files? Or does that make me lose my software

You can use options:

Restore file system

&

Rebuild Database

You wont lose anything with those options and it can fix some problems that may be occuring.
