It's not safe to connect to psn store on a jb. I would recommend either finding the pkg.. If the game is cod or anything similar u should find it. Or if u have another ofw ps3 I would go on the psn store on that console and download the dlc then just Go over to ur jb n download it from download history. Or u could try data transfer.. I think with dlc Sony can lock it so u can't use it.think of it like gamesharing . You can only do that soo many times.

It could be the game to. But idk. I downloaded nuketown from psn store when I started modding cod.. the multiplayer works fine but the zombies will never load. It shows I have it but I just freeze when I try to play it. So psn and a jailbroken ps3 could be ur problem..
I just wanted to give my input on the whole issue.
