I ran E3 flasher and supposedly patched the Nor chip, does anyone know why it's minimum software is STILL 4.78? What do I need to do and what did I do wrong? Am I bricked? Also, I can't get past this menu. I can't get it to boot to the XMB, or recovery mode, and it put's the system in a loop of "searching for update data" with no end.

It says 4.78 because your nor is byte reversed.

Do you have a disk in your PS3? I get that loop when I forget to take a disk out.
