i would suggest using webman to change your cid, if you have it enabled you can type your ps3 IP adress into your browser and it will come up there

Then Scroll Down to here and change it, the CID is 32digits long so put 16 in each rectangle then press the thing next to save it

then goto the bottom of the page and click SAVE (thats a banned CID so dont even bother trynna copy it)

Is that a way to permanantly unban my console?
I also heard that changing my CID with an e3 flasher will permanently unban my console
