But it should be going something like this:
1. Use the BLUS disc through multiman to install the game to your ps3's hdd
2. update the game regularly
3. swap BLUS files to BLES
4. Check if game is working as BLES(don't update, just make sure the game is loading first)
5. If game loads, restart and this time update it
6. After it updates, you should be successfully fully converted to BLES
Use a launch fix eboot afterwards, for the latest update, such as __GNXKS's eboot You must login or register to view this content. (rename to "EBOOT.BIN" (no quotes))

Ok. What part is not working or giving you trouble?
1. On the XMB, go to "game data utility" folder.
2. Delete any and all GTA data
3. Put the disc in the ps3
4. Open multiman, press triangle on the game and copy
Once the game is copied, load the game and see if it loads. If it does load,
5. Restart the game, this time let it update.
6. Download You must login or register to view this content.
7. Rename the file to "EBOOT.BIN" , Place it in dev_hdd0/game/BLES-01807/USRDIR/
8. Install the BLES files, minus the dev_hdd0/game/EBOOT.BIN
See if the game will load up, if it does load,
9. Restart the game, this time let it update
10. After it updates, game will probably not start.
11. Reinstall GNXKS's eboot to dev_hdd0/game/BLES-01807/USRDIR/
