I think it's a fuse, but I'm not sure. I don't really know where it goes either. I started it up once and got an instant YLOD. Any help is appreciated.

It's a capacitor

Yes it's fixable if you can find where it fell off from and can manage to solder it or a new/used one back to the board..

that is a Aluminum Capacitor, u should be able to see where it come off on the board, get you a new one of same specs and solder it back it
