You'll need to dump your eid root key in rebug toolbox in order to switch from CEX to DEX if you haven't already! Hope it helps!

I tried that my friend, but now he asks for it again. Something went wrong i think. I cant check it right now what it says exactly cause i'm modding someones account. But i will get back to you and explain to you what pops up in the screen when i try to dump it

Do you have a USB? I'm not sure if it's needed , but I had mine plugged in while I was dumping my eid root key! You can give it a try if you want by doing so with/without a USB and see what happens! Good luck!
