1. Download emulator pkg for ps3 You must login or register to view this content. (if this one doesn't run you will have to get one compatible for your firmware or change)
2. Install the pkg to your ps3
3. Connect your ps3 to filezilla, create a folder named "ROMS" in dev_hdd0/
4. Create a folder named "Sega" inside the "ROMS" folder
5. Place all your rom (game files) inside the "Sega" folder
6. Start the emulator
7. Locate your "ROMS" and then "Sega" folder
8. Select a a game and there you go

Can't help you with the Sega CD bios or ROMS. Google it shouldn't be hard at all..

I believe its the same way as any other emulator. Google what type of emulator you want. Make sure it is a pkg file and install it on your ps3.
