Thats impossible. Try changing between cex and dex through rebug toolbox, and check cid with irismanager. It should display in the process.

Should always disable connection before signing out, only takes a second. Dont log in into accounts with the email, DONT.
Get a new private cid and, not from ebay but that other site with the dark theme(cant say name according to the admins of this site).
