Try refreshing your xml and html in webman setup.

there is no "webMAN Setup" but i used the vsh menu that had all the stuff like that in it used both and no luck

If the folder is completely empty, then install rebug and use the toolbox to enable webman. Then go into the setup. I've ran into the empty folder problem couple of times when switching over firmwares.
