I talked a little bit about it with 19willy74 and he said that the only way to "re-do the game with a folder and retro time stamp" I just need some more verification. Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure if you own a PS4, and you want to delete a game trophy that has 0% on it. You can be able to delete it, but if it has a percentage higher than 1% you can't delete it.
