CCAPI does not support Rebug 4.46. You need to upgrade it or you won't even be able to go online. Spoofers don't even support that firmware anymore.

No, you can just install whatever version REBUG you want over top

REBUG 4.78.2 it supports both CEX & DEX. Then get CCAPI version 2.70 Rev3 which also supports 4.78 CEX & DEX
