First things first. What firmware are you on, what eboots or other modified files are you using?

I literally couldn't stop laughing at the thread title. Anyways, for GTA5 lagging it's probably your connection or you're using a specific tool, eboot, menu, sprx etc.. try changing them. It only lags when I press the PlayStation button n when I press it again the lag stops

Try restarted your PC,and also reser your router. That could probably fix the lag issue. If it continues just quote me for further investigation.
