If you're account banned just make a new account, if you're console banned buy a new Console ID. CIDs are NOT allowed on NGU so you'll have to google where to buy one from. They range from $20-$25 on average. If you're console banned and you're not jailbroken your PS3 is useless now as you can't change the CID on Official Firmware.

did not know cids werent allowed here i apologize for that. and yes it was cfw. I just thought we all had this happen at one point. Maybe someone could point me to the right direction. Im a new guy lol and old trying to stay ahead of all the youngsters.
