I have a error while trying to connect geo's rtm tool to black ops 2, it saying yur not using the right ccapi.dll please install 2.60. i am on 2.70 CCAPI, But it was working for a few weeks i had no problems but today as soon as i started my pc i get this error. my friend gave me a ps3lib.dll and that fixed the error the first time i had it but its saying the error again after 1 week. i have Control Console installed aswell, but last night i installed some PKG Files maybe is this the error here are the pkgs:
BlackB0x, Awesome File Manager, PS2 Classic Manager, PS3 ITA, React PSN, PS NINJA.
I ran ps ninja cleared my history etc to save my console id lol, also react psn but it closed automatically.
i am on REBUG D-REX 4.76.1
also i get this error with any other rtm tool but they was working yesterday.
also my Debug settings are correct
Boot Mode: System Software Mode
Network Settings Debug: Dual Settings
Release Check Mode: Development Mode

Can anybody get this sorted for me please

I do not think you can update to CCAPI 2.70 just by replacing the .dll files. I'd recommend you use CCAPI 2.60 as most tools still support that.

But it was working fine yesterday. It shows my firmware does not support 2.60 what can I do.

You can downgrade your firmware to Rebug 4.75.3 D-REX.

How can I do that? Do I need to take my PS3 back to 3.55
