Haxor!
So i came across over a few ps3 systems. I bought 7 slim 320gb 24xx and 25xx for around 73$ here in Sweden... but only 2 have this wierd problem. One of them had picture and everything. But after i downgraded it then no picture on then screen is coming or sound is coming from it. Tried everything and i really mean everything. It gets power and it has to green but no picture or sound.
Then secound one is a bit better but the controller wont sync at all? Tried pressning reset Button and all that stuff but still it wont work? Both USB port looks good and non of them is syncing.
Any help out there that could help me a bit

Exacly. Thats what i mean. Only one beep then it shuts down.

Are there any errors being thrown when booting the console?
Rule out the controller is not the problem, then
Open the ps3. When you open it, you will see a long black wire, and a long white wire coming off of two silver plates from the front of the console and going to the back, plugged onto tiny clips/plugs on the motherboard. Make sure those are plugged in and not damaged/shorting. The black wire goes to the backmost clip/plug, the white wire goes to the frontmost clip/plug(closest to you when looking at the front of the console).
These are wifi/bluetooth antenna.

no error . no sound or video when booting up either. tried hdmi and AV. i tried power on the console without these wires but still it dosnt work. This is very wierd.

but I thought you said you had one that was fine just the controller wouldn't sync? thats the one I'm talking about for the bluetooth/wifi antenna wires and trying to boot into recovery. The ones that won't boot and have GLOD are most likely done for man..
You should discard this thread and make a new one, with only one ps3 at a time. I feel like we are getting confused. I know we can pinpoint the problem, but only one at a time.

naah its cool. lets talk about the one with usb problem. so i tried booting the console up without these white and black cable and its still not working ?
