i search online for rebug dex but only found d-rex and rex

you have 4.75 d-rex rebug

In that case you would be on 4.75 REBUG D-REX

When i try RTM tools i can't select DEX it gives me an error. I can only select CEX.

When a tool says CEX or DEX, they probably mean ccapi, or tmapi.

You need target manager to connect to tmapi.

Rtm tool for mw2 by 444xmodz. I'm on rebug 4.75 drex using ccapi 2.60 rev5.

The DEX option is most likely TMAPI only. Even though you are on CEX, I would use the CEX option as it does connect to CCAPI and you do not have TMAPI set up.

D-REX = DEX
REX = CEX

to connect tools to DEX u need to install TMAPI which is DEX only
