Are you sure your PS3 isn't changing by itself like mine used to do? or maybe you're not saving it on your Target Manager.

No my ip is the same ... How to save it .. my friends always have their ps3 ip on target manager even if their ps3 is off

Try to reinstall ProDG Target Manager, and setup the whole process again.

did u make sure u saved the target and moved it to My targets?
