Yes you can go online without getting a ban, it's like you having the disc version doesn't make a difference.

Pirated version doesn't make a difference, as Reyz said. Duplex is just the group who ripped the game, and who usually fixes a lot of other group's releases. Now if all the files are .rar format, then just extract one and keep it going. Make sure to use PSNpatch before going online. And remember, if a game is newer than your current firmware, you'll need to patch it with PSNpatch.
