You can install them by using FTP or by putting them to a USB and copying them to your PS3.

You can use either an RPF (what you're using right now) or an SPRX which you will need to be on D-REX or just DEX in order to use (majority of SPRX's are not free).

I am new on this so I would need a lot of help, I know that my PS3 have cex and dex, I don't mind spending as long as is a good mod menu, I'm looking for a menu that have modded run and also I saw a few accounts that have extra Health that would be nice to have, do you have any idea which one provide that type of mods if so would you please help me with it and if there is a cost for them I would pay for it

I'm in the us, and I see that the menu you provided is bles would that be a problem?
