Been trying to find a way to change the name of GTA so it displays something else online. Changed the PARAM.SFO to 'Netflix' and it worked, no problem.

Question is though, is there a way to change the activity that is displayed when going online, like faking online activity? Currently it's showing 'Netflix GTA Online' when I go into online so it's kinda pointless.


Not sure in what sub to put question this in so I'll just place it in 'other'.

Are you trying to change what it says when you are playing? For an example, Original black ops 3 would say: Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 In a Party

Yeah, when I'm in story mode it says 'Netflix' but when I go to online it says 'Netflix GTA Online'. Wondering if it's possible to change that one too.

Copy GTA5 to yout internal HDD, make sure your Mirrors and Enable Internal. Then, hover over the copied game once it has been copied, and press rename or something like that. You can now have the abillity to change the game name.

Thank you for the reply. I already have the game on internal drive with those settings active but the 'GTA Online' part won't change when I go online.

DId you make sure you to hover over the COPIED game of GTA5, and press triangle and rename? Change the old name, and put whatever you want to rename it.
