Yes, you can since it is a higher firmware. You should downgrade only if you are going to a lower firmware, but since you are going from 4.75-4.76, you should be fine.

Thank you so much. Also would it matter if I was on 4.75 rex but then i converted to dex from the rebug toolbox

So, you want to convert to DEX and then go to Rebug 4.76 D-REX? You need to convert first otherwise it will fuck it up.

I already have done the conversion from 4.75 rex to 4.75 dex in the rebug toolbox so I am fine to update to Rebug 4.76 D-Rex with no problems?
