You can buy one off of here, or you can find users on eBay. On Amazon, they sell 3.55 OFW's ready to be jailbreaked.

If I where you I would do what Hydrogen said and possibly buy a already jailbroken ps3 off a site like eBay or something as it is the most easiest or buy a downgrade service where you send in your ps3 and the person downgrades ps3 and then puts on fresh thermal paste and gives ur ps3 a bit of a clean out

Just use EBAY or something and search 3.55 PS3s that is how I got mine. There is no 'proper' site for something like that.
