An unhandled exception of type 'System.EntryPointNotFoundException' occurred in PS3Lib.dll

Additional information: Unable to find an entry point named '_ZN5CcApi13getDllVersionEv' in DLL 'CCAPI.dll'.

I am using CCAPI 2.60 and PS3Lib 4.5.1
Any idea on how I can fix this?
