(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a PS3 Slim 2001a with a 160gb HDD in it I've upgraded the hard drive from a stock 120gb before but it was on Rebug 4.76.1 REX so I just reinstalled the CFW on my PS3 now it's on DREX and I'm looking to upgrade it to a 500gb HDD from the 160 my question is do I install Rebug 4.76.1 REX or DREX when I swap the hard drives?

If you are DEX, use DREX or DEX firmware only.

You can confirm if you are CEX or DEX by opening rebug toolbox, go to system information, and choose a cfw based on Target Type.
