I have 2 PS3 one is pirated and the other is of origin currently been banned in pirate ps3 and I wonder how can I do to copy cid (console ID ) console not banned ie non- pirated PS3.

Also, go into multiMAN, then head on over to System Settings. It should show you your PSID and IDPS.

You would need a device called an E3 Flasher to get the CID from non banned PS3 so you can put it on your banned PS3. You can buy them from eBay for about $50-$75.

No he's asking how to get it from his normal non banned PS3 to put it on is JB PS3 to unban it.

If his other ps3 is too high a model he can't use the e3 flasher to get the CID right? Although on this forum you're not allowed to sell CID's I heard there are places online you can get them that are supposedly legitimate.

higher series ie: 3xxx & 4xxx models still have a nor chip and the e3 can still be used to get cid,

So we can get the CID from them, but not install CFW. Ah I didn't know that. Good to know I can keep an eye out for any model then if it's a good price.
