Here are general examples of where the ROMS go and you can just fill in the blanks with other ROM types that aren't listed here.

For SNES:
in internal hd: hdd0/game/SNES90000/USRDIR/roms or hdd0/ROMS/snes
in external hd: usb00*/ROMS/snes

For Genesis:
in internal hd: hdd0/game/GENP00001/USRDIR/roms or hdd0/ROMS/gen
in external hd: usb00*/ROMS/gen

For FCEUltra:
in internal hd: hdd0/game/FCEU90000/USRDIR/roms or hdd0/ROMS/fceu
in external hd: usb00*/ROMS/fceu

For VBA:
in HD internal: hdd0/game/VBAM90000/USRDIR/roms or hdd0/ROMS/vba
in HD external: usb00*/ROMS/vba

For FBANext:
in internal hd: hdd0/game/FBA90000/USRDIR/roms or hdd0/ROMS/fba
in external hd: usb00*/ROMS/fba

i cant find any of the right snes and nes pkg files the ones i have say that there is an error do you happen to know where i can get the right ones

You don't get them as .pkg files you get them from ROM sites. Just Google "system name" Roms and one of the popular ROM sites should come up

no the emulator pkg files i meant it doesnt let me install them on DEX4.78.2 rebug it gives me an error code do you happen to know where i can get the files that allow me to install them?
