I got a PS3 CECHC04 in OFW 4.76 and I love the Downgrader to the jailbrake, but the downgrade of Rogero does not work, someone would have a solution?

You will need to use a hardware flasher on your ps3 before you can install a downgrader(unless youre already on cfw or on 3.55 or lower). In your case you will need a NAND flasher, such as proskeet or teensy++..

You will need a teensy++ nand flasher for that bro i would not recommend you doing that your self but if you want u could get a nor ps3 and buy a e3 nor flasher off ebay and downgrade a nor ps3 your self because nors are not hard :p

you need HARDWARE not SOFTWARE to downgrade your ps3

Yes I just bought a Flasher E3, but I have a concern with the SHIFT via microSD, though I cleaned all contacts with alcohol etc ... put foam on the E3 to pressure, etc ... and yet the shift does not happen, and if I try a DUMP directly, it puts me an error code which said the E3 clip is badly placed, and yet I try lots of times, I ' I even adjust the video below so that it does not interfere with the little strength that is on the motherboard alongside the NOR.

No for your ps3, you need a NAND flasher. E3 doesn't flash NAND chips..
