Reinstall your cfw or try these downgraders:

One of them should work

Press the PS button to try to restart the system, If the system cannot be restarted, the system partition of the hard disk must be reformatted and you must reinstall the system software. You have to do is put you Playstation3 in the Recovery mode which I will show you how to do so here..

Instruction: Press the Power button the , when the Light will turn into Orange then again PRESS and HOLD the POWER you will hear One BEEP keep holding the power button , you will hear TWO BEEPS then release the Power button.
