so i was in Rebug 4.76.1 Lite edition CEX then spoofed it with arch spoofer 4.78 and then i disabled the spoofer and installed the latest rebug firmware 4.78.2 REX

so after i installed it successfully i noticed some weird setting like (Debug Settings & Title Store Preview (inGame) and (Store)

and when i quit program like multiman i have a message that says (No request event)

are these things normal for a CEX console will it cause anything bad to my ps3

All of that is a normal part of REBUG firmware. the LITE version you were on was CEX only so that's why you didn't see the DEBUG settings before
