If it says your console is banned then you have to buy a new console ID

there is no oher solution

You NEED a new CID that's all there is to it unfortunately.

To get back online after getting console banned no. They dont sell CID's here so you will have to find someone who sells private console id's on google or something.

Edit: You can find a website that posts Public console id's but those get banned within an hour or so. thats your only free option.
