(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); its already QA Flagged. I tried installing Rebug 4.46.1 from XMB and Safe Mode and both times it says corrupt. I just finished downgrading it with E3 flasher, and installed rogero 3.55 downgrader, and qa flagged it. now I want to put a good working cfw on it so I can convert it to dex, I know how to conver it. just need to know what else to do after I qa flagged it, and what cfw to install over rogero 3.55 downgrader..

btw, I'm not iDon, I'm his brother in law. we share accounts

Verify your folder structure:
fat32formattedflashdriveroot/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

Use the right most usb port of the ps3

If you are QA flagged, you should see debug settings under network settings after pressing l1,l2,r1,r2,downDpad,l3 (altogether)

If the cfw install won't go through, try another cfw or reinstall it onto the usb/ adjust the usb flash drive, etc.
Here are some you can try.

To do the simple DEX conversion method, you will need to be on a REBUG REX (CEX) cfw (i believe 4.65 or higher)

My folder structure is correct. I just downgraded using E3 flasher so I had to use the same USB to install rogero downgrader. If it wasn't correct I wouldn't install rogero downgrader. So that part is correct. And yes I am qa flagged because it beeped 3 times and went back to home screen. The debug menu I'm sure it's there when I click con the combination. I just don't know why I keep getting corrupt.

I don't understand if you are saying it is there or assuming it is there..Does debug settings come up after running QA flag or no?

IIRC it should only beep once and restart the console. Then you should see debug settings to let you know you are good to install another cfw.
is your disc drive functional?
Has original or married logic board?

What i do;

Do the special combo to open the debug settings, enable system update debug

Install rogero 3.55 v3.7 from safe mode

Then i usually install 4.78.2 REX from the xmb

Go into toolbox . Dump eid, enable recovery mode

Rewrite target id, then swap lv2 kernel

It should take you to recovery screen for you to install 4.78.2 D-REX

I will use tmapi but I also need CCAPI to work. I need CCAPI to work fully with what ever version of rebug that supports it. Know which one?

2.70 rev3 supports 4.78

Any tool that doesnt connect for you, you'll have to download the developer package of 2.70 rev3, get the ccapi.dll and replace it with the one in the folder of the rtm tool
