Put the disc into your PS3, open Multiman, hover over the disc, hit TRIANGLE, select Copy, select Internal HDD and there you go it'll copy to your Internal HDD

Yes i got that but The playing part if i Start an Game it loads me in to The PS3 XMB and nothing happens

Once it's copied to your Internal just click it and it'll take you to the XMB, you'll see the disc icon there, click that and it should launch the game if everything went correctly during the copy process.

Make sure you mirror the game, and enable ineternal HDD
Then, press triangle, and load it. It should pop up in your XMB just find it, and you're now playing,
