Make sure under NP Environment in Debug Settings it says np. If it doesn't change it to np.

That means your CID is perma banned. You need to buy/find a new CID from eBay or from someone. Quick note though, please don't ask for a CID or try to buy some from here. It isn't allowed on NextGenUpdate.
