What is the problem?

To reinstall cfw:

1. Download the cfw
2. Rename the file to "PS3UPDAT.PUP" (no quotes)
3. On a fat32 formatted usb flash drive, create a folder named "PS3"
4. Inside the "PS3" folder, create a folder named "UPDATE"
5. Inside the "UPDATE" folder, place the "PS3UPDAT.PUP

folder structure should be:
fat32formattedflashdriveroot/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

6. Insert the flash drive into the right most usb port of the ps3
7. Boot ps3 into recovery mode
8. Select option "update system"
9. Follow prompt and install

If it is beyond that, you can format the hdd:

1. boot ps3 into recovery mode
2. Select option "restore ps3 system"
this will format the hdd and wipe everything, games, saves, homebrew etc
when it is finished you will be brought to a black screen asking for your last syscall(last cfw you had installed)
3. Reinstall your cfw by following the steps above^

Need any more help, just ask!

You should tell us your actual error, it'll make it easier to help you. You may not even have to reinstall CFW.

That's either your np environment or CID. Go check your debug settings and make sure your np environment is set to np.

Also, your CID, it starts with "00000001008X000". Change that X to a 4, I recommend with Ccapi so it stays permanent. But after those two steps you should be able to sign in. If not let me know.
