There is but the bigger picture suggests you shuld maybee look at getting a jb or getting your current console jailbroken iff it is able to be done.The reason i say this is cfw allows you to swap console ids when you get a ban .....you get a ban on a ofw console and you cant go back online ...EVER

To answer your question no. You can have a GTA V menu on ofw but you are limited to story or playing online only with others who have the same mod. Meaning you cannot play with normal players.
