I've tried to install the cfw the exact same way as usual, and even downloaded from the debug website.. But I keep getting greeted with the message "this file is corrupt" so I can't actually install it.. Has this happened to anybody before? and does anyone have any tips?

2 Things:

- Go to Debug Settings, make sure NP Environment is set to np

- Your CID starts with "00000001008X000", change that X to a 4. I recommend with CCAPI and set as boot IDPS, it'll stay permanent.

I shall do that tomorrow, I've done it the way where everytime I turn the PS3 on I need to go to the toolbox and pick cex cid.. Done a fresh install of gta and I'm busy updating the game, then going to re install my mod menus and sprx�� Thanks for helping dude!

Well doing it with Ccapi means you won't need to do toolbox thing anymore. It's the same thing. And glad I could help

that way seems better than the toolbox everytime i turn the console on.. now my struggle is trying to think of a game where i can modify cars and race in free roam kinda thing.. but i also want one where mods/srpx are available lmao
