Uh yes you can download them and install them on the ps3 as far as using programs to do modding that's a no cause all rtm tools are windows based or you could always try virtual machine or dual os on mac
But yes you should be able to download and install a mod menu now with no problems.
Also for future reference just make sure to post in the appropriate section you'll get better support there
Always A mistake new comers and rookies to the site seem to make :/

Yes rtm are exe, tools and such are going to be Windows only. Never really seen anything for Mac.
