If you are on a firmware higher than the one you are trying to install, you must use a downgrader, then once on the downgrader you can install the (DEX) cfw of your choice.

If you are DEX, you don't want to install REX(CEX) firmware, you want to install a DREX(DEX) firmware..unless you convert back to CEX.

Rogero may or may not work..
