You'll need to uninstall any current Ccapi on your PC and PS3 and install new one. I don't recommend 2.7 of you can use 2.6 which you can. Newer releases are usually more buggy at first. Anyways, here's my thread which should help:

Is this for Dex ?

CCAPI works for both Dex and Cex. You can either use tmapi or ccapi depends on which one you want to use.

Sorry for the late reply, you need to quote me next time. As Hydro said, it's for both CEX/DEX. Plus if you read my thread it would specify that.
