A lot of the tutorials in *how* to do it will be the same, but some of the programs need to be updated. Just search for the updated versions and you can use the same tutorials.
When I was downgrading 4.78 I couldn't use a dumpchecker version 4.76, I had to find the latest version for it to pass all the checks. Hypothetically I could have just ignored the warnings and went on but it's a risk you have to take.
You should double check and see if the older version is confirmed to be working with 4.80. It might be wiser to wait for the updates to come out.
Anytime OFW upgrades it puts CFW on hold for a short time until the updates and workarounds come out.. It's just a process we all have to be patient with.
