It used to happen to me too. Make sure you settings are okay. Then try to restart PS3, it should be fine.

My Debug Settings are correct, and i did restart ps3 and tried again still same thing. I was using LTS 3.0.1 sprx that came out earlier but now im switching back to 2.1 to see if that was the issue somehow.

Is your tmapi connected to router or PS3?

ethernet from pc to ps3. And the LTS sprx was the issue im using 2.1 and it connected right away.
