(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Should i look around for a CECH-2001a (dont know the price yet) or a buy CECH-2501a for $130?

Also the CECH-2501a was made in October 2010. From what i was reading it can be downgraded right? Just confirming.

should be, mine is a CECH-2512A, also from Oct. 2010.

The 20xxx series will be a little easier to work with..and yes if the 25xxx series is in fact manufactured in 2010 it can be downgraded..

If you have the console in hand you can verify by running minverschck
