i install PSNinja And PSNPatch
When I Want to spoof cid on psnpatch they give to me
CFW syscalls are already disabled
what's the problem and can anyone help me to never get banned specially on gta v because i banned three CIDs :3

I don't use anything and don't get banned, unless playing gta v, then i disable cfw sycalls.
