(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've downloaded alot of rtm tools but for some reason my laptop won't open them, I right click on the Tool, click run as administrator and then it says something like check online for solutions, Can anyone help me out ?

What .NET framework are you on? If you arent on 4.5 then install v4.5. Most tools require .NET Framework 4.5 minimum to run.
