I've been wondering about this for a while now but, I'm getting a PlayStation 3 System that's CFW but ain't sure if this would either get me banned or keep me live without ban.

What I mean is,

Example; If I log in to a PlayStation 3 Network (CFW Version) Then sign out and log into PlayStation 4 (OFW Version) Would my PS3 system not get banned? Because I've seen a friend of mine doing this a while back, Were he logs into his PS3 for around 1 or 2 weeks a row and then signs out and signs into his PS4 Console,

Would this still Ban my Account + CID? As it'd be pointless if I bought as gets me banned.

There's always going to be a risk of getting CID/PSID banned! It all depends on what you do/how you're modding a specific game! Most games have a very high risk, while some don't! Check out guides on how to lower the chances/to prevent it! Hope it helps!

I was scared of putting my PS3 account on my PS4 because they might ban the PS4 cid on accident or some shit..

your best guess would be not to copy your friend coz if hes ps4 does get banned from doing it hes fucked and hes ps4 will be worthless may aswell throw it in the bin

Signing in with CFW there is always risk. At worst you'd get CID and account ban on PS3, but not ps4. They'd only ban the account.
